Roma Pradhan

Division at the Bhutan Youth Development Fund, one of the oldest Civil Society Organization.
She has more than a decade experience in working with children, youth and community. She has
contributed and have been instrumental in establishing and strengthening My Gakidh Village
(My Happy Village) project in Toepisa, Punakha, towards empowerment of rural young people
through livelihood skills.
She is a certified trainer for soft skills for Employability and Personal Competencies “A Life
skills Curriculum” developed by International Youth Foundation, US. She is also a Trainer for
Youth Leadership, Participation and Child Protection and have trained personally many of the
urban and rural youth.
She works towards empowering vulnerable young people giving them equal opportunities to be
effective contributors to Sustainable Development in Bhutan.
She has Masters In Development Studies from Murdoch University, Australia.
