Namrata Pradhan is a senior lecturer in Norbuling Rigter college, Paro. Prior to that she taught in Gaeddu college of Business Studies and Royal Thimphu College. Her educational specialization is in the field of Marketing and HR; and professional specialization in the field of general management, Hospitality and Education.
She also runs her family business in the tourism sector where she handles marketing and operations. Along with all her professional responsibilities, she is working on a start-up venture of her own.
